Policy on Children at the AAR MeetingAAR welcomes working parents and their children to our events, as well as individuals who are at the event to assist with childcare. Attendees whose children remain with them are asked to help maintain a professional, disturbance-free session environment. Children must be supervised at all times. We require that all caregivers are registered and wear a badge. Strollers, baby carriers, or similar devices are permitted in meeting rooms as long as they do not block aisles or emergency exits. |
